The wedding dress arrived looking completely different from the website photo. The bag arrived already torn open with a large hole in the bag. The dress is at least 25 inches longer than specified in my custom measurements order. The dress was much too wide and large and looked/felt like extremely cheap quality. The dress smelled extremely bad with a strong stench of chemicals and gasoline that made the entire apartment reek.

Hebeos denied my multiple requests for a refund, in which I included photos and descriptions of the issues. I tried to escalate to PayPal which wouldn't help me. After wasting weeks asking both PayPal and Hebeos for a refund, Paypal said they would refund me only if I covered my own return shipping back to China which would cost much more than the $206 dress, so I gave up. Hebeos scammed me out of $206. Their written website policy said to purchase risk free as they accept refunds within a certain time frame, but they immediately denied my valid request within the stated time frame with an automated response.

Absolute con! They sent the wrong colour dress after months of waiting rubbish material etc, arrived all screwed up, there customer service are very childish & rude I eventually got my refund, they have taken it again even eventually admitting they were at fault, we were under the impression it was America we were dealing with no it was China! Still fighting to get my money back! Arrived in a ball all screwed up absolute con should not be allowed to be in business!

I tried returning a dress and despite saying that they accept returns on items besides custom orders and perishables (which this was neither) they said I could not return. They didn't even give an explanation why. Also, the dresses are poorly packaged. I reccomend spending more money and going with a reputable dress company where you can get exactly what you want and if you don't you have the option to return.

The dress i received is see through. I contacted customer service. They requested pictures which i sent. They told me they can't help me and to just wear something under it. I'm already aware i can go have material added to it to make it acceptable to wear on public... i shouldn't have to. I ordered a dress and lingerie. No where in the description does it say it's a see through dress. The fabric is cheap and very itchy, it made me break out. This company is a joke.

I ordered a dress and it was beautiful but did not fit. I could not get it past my shoulders and was afraid I would rip it trying. My small teenage daughter could not even get it on. I contacted returns but basically was told good luck because it was a custom order. All I wanted was an exchange. There is absolutely no way they used my measurements because it wasn't even close. I think it was one off the rack. I'm getting married in September and have to start over plus I have just thrown away $150. I'm so glad I waited to order my daughter's dress. Beware! I would never order from this company again! Order at your own risk!

Worst customer service ever. If I could give zero stars I would for the awful experience I've had with Hebeos. These people are crooks. Dresses are poorly made. If you want to get it altered most seamstresses won't take your business because they have worked with these companies before and the dresses are made so poorly it's not worth their time. The dress I bought was nothing like the picture online and when I tried to use their "worry free 7 day return" they would not process the return and stopped replying (it was not custom sized either). Please just save your time and money and buy from anywhere else. When I tried posting a review on their website they wouldn't publish it, I truly wish I would have seen a review before I bought.

I purchased a rehearsal dress for my wedding from this site, the day it arrived I pull it out of the bag and honestly thought they sent me the wrong dress. It was not the materials listed in the description, and it was SO SO SO cheaply made. The top was completely see through and all you notice are these huge bra pads LOL So within an hour of trying on the product I emailed them asking for a return. Because in the return FAQs right below the item itself states "If you are not satisfied with the product we have an easy 7 day return policy" (or else I would not have bought it! We went back and fourth for a while fighting this return and sometimes there response was just saying sorry then nothing. But the one that they sen me that stood out was this

Thank you for your pictures. Since your dress was just made in a standard size, it usually doesn't fit individuals very well and needs extra alterations after received. Would you please find a local tailor to get it altered to fit better? And it is the right style, color you ordered. Return is not available in this case. Your understanding and cooperation would be greatly appreciated.

I was worried the dress would be some sort of knock off or cheaply made but it fit amazingly well and i would definitly reccomand ordering this one. The service was quick as promised as well and i received my items even a week earlier then expected

The ordering, Price and Delivery Time was Great. However the color of the dress was not what I ordered.

Buyers beware: do not purchase from this website. I reviewed their online sizing guide, took my measurements, and ordered based off their guide to ensure the dress would fit property. Unfortunately, when I received the item the dress did not fit past my thighs. I emailed their customer service to resolve the issue. I kindly asked for the required return form and a refund. They've refused to assist me and even harassed me. They asked for inappropriate photos sucks as photos of myself wearing the dress. They even went as far as to ask for photos of my bust, hips, and waist measuring it. I have never heard of such a thing in my entire life. I provided photos of myself wearing the dress but I refuse to send pictures of my bust, hips, and waist. That is beyond inappropriate! They continue to accuse me of lying and send me a photo of the dress stating it should fit perfectly. Long story short, do not waste your money on this website! If you're looking for a lower priced dress just go to dcgate.com that's where their items come from anyways.
