I did not have to wait long and the dress is really nice.

Ordered one dress for my young daughter and one for myself.
Neither dress were as pictured.
My dress was so loose and I couldn't even get it tailored due to the way it was made.
My daughters dressed had White and Baby Blue on it and they made all of it in Baby Blue- Not to mention, the style was quite different.
The company gave me the run around and when they finally responded, they offered me $20 refund. I had just spent over $300 on 2 dresses that would not be worn and they were not willing to accept returns nor offer a full refund.

I ordered a potential wedding dress from Hebeos- an online retailer- so I of course thought I would be able to return the dress if I didn't like it or if it was too small. Not the case. Hebeos has a RIDICULOUS return policy where you can pretty much ONLY return damaged goods. That is called SCAMMING PEOPLE. Now I am out $200. Thanks for nothing.

I was very excited when I purchased a dress from the website but sadly when it arrived it didn't fit so I immediately contacted them and let them know requesting a refund. They gave me the run around for several days and said that I ordered the wrong size so they would not issue a refund and suggested I see a seamstress. That's a horrible way to treat your customers. I feel scammed stuck with a dress I can't do anything with. I'll never use them again

I got everything shipped pretty quickly and the material of the dress was good for the cost, but I would not do custom sizing again. I measured myself exactly and had said to add 3 inches to height for heels. Well, even without shoes on you can see my feet. Disappointed.

My dress was delivered with ink marks on it. Customer service replied quickly. Their original offer was not acceptable, however we were able to resolve the issue... the dress itself was nice for the price... the zipper is poor quality.

I ordered my gown and gave them my measurements, I recieved my gown fast and I did try on my gown and everything is perfect, it's Beautiful, they did a Awesome job, Thank you so much!

My dress I ordered is BEAUTIFUL! I received my order about 3 weeks later, no hassle. I just needed a few alterations but overall it fit with a little room too! The pictures on the site is not the actual dress you recieve, no, but they make it very similar! To see the actual dress they make, save the picture of the dress you want on the site and ask the customer service member to send you a picture of the actual one they make! I love Hebeos, thank you for making my dress perfect for my big day! I'll take pictures and post them after my wedding next Saturday!

I pick this dress for my wedding. It will be my third time so no white... great quality will take pictures and post in August 2021

Ordering is always easy with the custom measurements. Delivery was sooner than expected. Great quality for the price!

I've had a great experience. I need to get the dress altered a bit but overall I'm happy. Again, the staff is great with communication.

It was a little too small but that was probably my fault in choosing the aizing
