My ordering experience was great. At first i didn't think that this was a legit site but once i learned It was, i placed My order. My dress came in a timely manner. It's so beautiful. Unfortunately it's too small but luckily one of the other bridesmaids dresses was too big so we're going to switch.

Order custom size plus sized gown for my Mardi Gras costume. It came early. The dress was absolutely gorgeous! Even more perfect than I coild have imagined. The quality is exceptional. The material and bodice were made with triple layered material, and the rhinestones were beautifully sewn. Miles and miles of tule... made it so flowy and dreamy! This is my 1st Hebeos gown, and I will ordering many more. So Impressed

Ordered a dress for my sisters wedding from this website and when I received the dress it was not the color I ordered. I emailed customer service and they only offered a 10% discount because they said the color was the same as the picture. The color description that I ordered said "show as picture"
I spent $168 on this dress and very unhappy with the results

I was very happy and surprised that my order came so fast. I ordered a size larger instead of ordering my exact measurements because i was worried it would take longer to get if i ordered with measurements. It was bigger and i need to have it taken in a little but i planned for that. It is great quality and i love it. Cant wait to try it on after the alterations are made.

I really just want my dress. I ordered on 2/5/21, its 3/10/21 and at the 33day mark. Where is my dress? I'm worried that I will have buy another dress. It's so close to my wedding date. I'd really like to have my dress and try it on. Customer service hasn't emailed me back. No number to call. $227 down the drain. Very disappointed!

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful dress from Hebeos, knowing it could be a crapshoot with what I would get. I was hoping for the best, but glad I wasn't counting on it becuase what I got did NOT look like the picture. It looked like a child had sewn it. I contacted them regarding the differences between the dress pictured and what i got, sent them the requested pictures, and was told they would give me 10% of my money back. Sorry, but that's just not right. They have a 14 day return policy listed on their website, and I will be fighting to get my money back from this atrocity. Buyer beware of these scammers!

Amazing price and quality. I was worried about ordering a dress on line but I did some research and read all the reviews I could find and it appeared everyone was pretty happy with their purchases. I am very happy and the dress was made custom it came very fast. Within about 2 weeks!

Got my dress in 3 weeks, which fit the timeline it was expected to arrive. The dress did have a chemical smell to it, but it will obviously be dry cleaned before the wedding! The fit was absolutely PERFECT, I went according to the sizing provided. The dress is also so beautiful and exactly as described. The pricing was a steal. I couldn't be more happy with the dress, price, shipping, etc. I would order from Hebeos again in a heartbeat!

My dress came and BEAUTIFUL doesn't even describe it. I'm so happy with my purchase. The only issue I had, was that I never received an email once my order shipped.

I was very skeptical about ordering offline. So glad I did! I have to get a little bit of altercations done but the dress is almost perfect.

I ordered multiple things from hand gloves, to ear rings... to a mother of the bride dress. I'm pleased with the accessories but not with the dress color! I ordered "as in the picture" which looks like a pink shade the dress I was sent is definitely brown! I was told it's because of lighting. I don't believe that and am pissed there's nothing I can do but order another, which I won't! I was give 10% back that didn't even cover the shipping fee. And it's for my mother at my wedding... I wish I could post a picture. That was the main reason for ordering from this site I loved the dress in the picture and the color was spot on to my wedding colors but sadly that is not was I got.

I was skeptical because the website doesn't look very real but I received my dress and it fits great (custom fit). The quality is amazing. It arrived in less than 2 weeks! Honestly couldn't believe it, thank you!

Received dress in timely fashion very good material fitting is a slightly off ordered a size 12 but very challenging to zip up around the back very small bustier or wider back women but will make it work so the bride has a wonderful day

Although I was in contact with customer service the whole time and requested that my dress be altered a certain way (which you can do) they did not complete the alterations. Also, I gave custom measurements that way it would fit the first time. Unfortunately, it is quite loose on me and I'm not sure how that could be. Also, I stated that I would not be wearing heels with my dress so that they would not add the extra length but it is definitely too long, and I will have to wear heels if I don't want to have to hold it up the whole wedding. Overall the dress is beautiful and great quality(especially for the price!) but I'm just disappointed that my request were not met.

Ordered this as my wedding dress and loved it and fit perfectly! Just need a little alterations with length. Definitely recommend if you don't want to spend tons of money on a dress but still want to look gorgeous!

Experience was good. I was worried about the reviews as they mostly said that returns are not easy and customer service is terrible. I decided to order my dress and I am extremely happy. I went up an inch in my waist, hips, and a 1/2 inch in the busts and I'm glad I did- as it fits perfect. I also did custom measurements
