Ordered based on measurements posted on the website, Dress was too large! Customer service could not help by sending a new dress (they said 30days). This was my wedding I had no option but to spend additional funds on alterations.

Beautifully made dress, very soft and easy to put on & wear. My only complaint is that the zipper ended up getting stuck. Other than that everything was as expected and honestly, even better.

This is the third formal dress I've ordered from Hebeos. I am 6 foot tall and weigh 170 pounds. I ordered a custom mother-of-the-bride dress in pink and it fit perfectly. I ordered fabric samples, for a cost, before I ordered the dress to help determine a color match to my daughter's wedding colors, which are dusty pink and dusty blue. Although not a dusty pink, my daughter liked the Hebeos pink as it was complimentary to her wedding colors. The dress has boning and is lined so it is supportive and comfortable yet light enough to wear to a summer wedding in Montana. I won't need to wear a bra under the dress. I requested long sleeves instead of 3/4 and Hebeos accommodated my request without extra charge.

They actually added a very high slit like I asked! Unfortunately it came a little late. I had to have pics taken in something that wasn't a dress and ended up looking fat.

Everything came super early! Amazing quality products. Definitely worth it!

I have been trying to return this dress as it doesn't look anything like what is advertised. The under slip had loose threads. I would like to return this purchase.
