Should have said 3 weeks to get the dress and then we would have been able to better plan

The ordering process went fairly smooth. Although the measuring part was a bit taxing for a person that doesn't deal with it on a daily basis.

Had no issues. As long as you follow the size chart they give you. Shipping was a few weeks but overall, great experience. The dress was beautiful!

I customized my dress with low expectations knowing I had time to order another dress but I was pleasantly surprised! Dress fit just right and looks beautiful! Great quality for the price. Love custom sizing. No extra charge.

I was emailed back several times about my measurements and height but the stress still ended up too big and long. At least it's not too small. I assume my measurements were off though, so my experience was still good, overall. The dress is beautiful.

Hebsos made it easy to search for a dress online. The site provided categories that made filtering my interests simple. I would have liked more photos of some of the dresses though.

My experience with the delivery is excellent the quality is good. However, my only disappointment is the sleeve is too short and my armpit is exposed. I was hoping to get the sleeve as shown in the picture.

So good I love the options took me a minute to figure out how to complete purchase cuz wouldn't let me on regular debit but through PayPal guest you can! Also it didn't send an email when it got shipped out but as soon as I emailed customer service I got a quick response with what was going on with my dress
