Skeptical from website as a first time buyer but when I tell you I was blown away! So so good amazing quality color and sizing. Fits perfectly

We started shopping the malls and after a few trips we decided to take the chance and order. So happy we did. I wish we could see the dresses online in all the colors available not just the swatch. It would make the shopping experience easier but the color we picked was perfect.

The order tracking was nerve wracking - the tracking was confusing and disorganized. Was biting nails for awhile. We DID receive dress on time. My daughter is happy with the dress, but I'm not so much. The dress in pic had a much lower back that dipped and the dress received was straight across and "bunchy" in the back. I'm giving 3 stars because it DID arrive on time (I paid for expedited shipping) and my daughter is pleased.

The dress took 2.5 weeks to receive it arrived ok wrapped in envelop.
Unfortunately the dress is too big for my daughter the sizing did not match her body. The black stripe is much thicker than the photo adding to the large size on her and not complimentary to wear for her. The pink is pretty but we are returning the item.

My dress did not come in time and so i was unable to consider it an option. The material and color are fine but the wiring in the dress felt weird.

The customer service was so kind and helpful. The dress is absolutely amazing and came earlier than i expected :)

Ease of ordering! The only thing that would give it a 5 star as opposed to a 4 is if I could see the dress in every color. Some dresses you can but not many.

I cannot rave about my experience enough! I ordered my usual size for both dresses and they fit me perfectly. I received my dresses in about 2 weeks. Extremely satisfied and will be returning if I ever need a dress again and will be recommending to everyone! Thank you to everyone at Hebeos! Keep up the AMAZING work!

Love the train, perfect prom dress, but lots of glitter falls off the dress, put on outsider cause it will make a mess in the house.

It was not made to the measurements we put in and the fabric was sown poorly. It's bunched up in a few areas.

Before placing an order I read your return policy in case the dresses don't come out the way I expected it and it was clear you accept returns and I pay for shipping. I contacted your costumer service to return the dresses I did not like the day after I received them and they gave me a hard time and are charging restocking fee. This must be written in your return policy that there may be a restocking fee! I would never have ordered anything if I knew I will be charged a restocking fee!

The order process was questionable. Had to attempt to place order three different times before it was a success. The dress was rolled up tightly and placed in a thin plastic bag, then placed in a DHL delivery bag. I expected to have the dress delivered to my home address. This did not happen. The DHL express will reroute your delivery to your local post office or have you schedule a pick up time (2 hours away). The over appearance of the dress is beautiful. However, the damaged crinoline has me concerned if the dress will withstand a 6 hour event with a lot of movement and dancing. Fingers crossed-no embarrassing moments.
