We paid for the expedited shipping but it arrived 2 days late. Description did not include that the top of the dress is pure lace with saucers to cover her nipples. What a joke! We sent her measurements as we wouldn't have time for alterations but it does not fit her right anyway. Waste of money all around. Zero response from emailing "customer service". Keep shopping!

Easy to shop and I like that you do custom sizing! Unfortunately, the back is too big and I have to find a tailor to modify it.

Ordering and arrival were completely fine, and the dress is actually really beautiful, great quality. It just didn't fit my bust, definitely for bustier brides! It was a built-in wire so you can't pull it off without having the boobs to do so.

The dress is quality and beautiful it's just not the color in the picture.

The material and fit are perfect. I was just expecting a darker green but it came out a little lighter. Other than that, great job! Was a little nervous ordering online from another country, but I wasn't disappointed in the time it took to get here (less than 3 weeks) and it fit like a glove. Thank you!

Great dress, just part of it was sewn incorrectly and twisted so will have to have someone correct it.

Asked for replacement in time for prom denied. Denied refund as well
Offered me 10% of what I paid and will charge me 30% restocking fee
Had to spend another 300$ for replacement dress and alterations
Horrible customer service-also lied trying to get out of providing a refund

The customer service is not that great. I asked several questions in an email and just one was answered; the others ignored.

My supposed custom made dress was not well made, as well as the material incorporated. The seams looked as if they were ready to rip if stretched even just a cm more.

I was a little nervous because I did not receive a shipping confirmation email but the dress arrived on the date it was supposed to be delivered and the dress looks great!

I purchased dress from Hebeos and was very pleased with the dress but when tried on it was too small and I needed to return it. Only thing I find is your return policy needs to be a little more expressed in a better term and not having to wait so long to see where to send your purchase back. Why you have to repurchase a dress when you can just return back the same dress and make the necessary exchanges or whatever needs to be done to make a smooth transaction. If any changes need to take place, can it be done with same purchase. People may not have money to go and repurchase another dress and wait until you do what you have to do. Some people might need dress asap. It's taking too long to get back merchandise. But overall I love your dresses and I want to keep coming back.

It was a good experience although one of the two dresses I ordered looked like a different material than shown.

This dress looks nothing like what I purchased. The dress is well made but looks nothing like the design on the model.
