I ordered 2 dresses, one came in 2 colors which was not shown on the website so I'm having a hard time returning it.
The other dress came today with 2 holes in the mesh sleeves!
Still no contact back from the company!

I found a dress identical to the one I got from here at Henry's in Columbus Ohio, the difference was that they wanted $800 for theirs and I got the exact same dress for $180! Quality was amazing and it fit perfectly!

If I could give zero stars I would. The dress is well made and fits well enough but the colour is completely different to what was ordered. The company inists this is because coours look different in different lighting, but lighting cannot possibly account for this discrepancy. Additionally, they have repeated asked for photos of my underage daughter's bust and hips in her underwear, which I've said more than once is inappropriate and have refused to do. The fit isn't the reason I'm unhappy anyway! In the end we have a dress we can't use and are out of pocket and patience.

I ordered this dress for my daughter to wear to her prom in May '2022. We sent her measurements in with the order. We placed the order on March 20,2022. We received the order on April 13,2022. It came 2 days earlier than they said it would arrive! The dress is absolutely beautiful! It is above & beyond our expectations! It looks exactly like the picture, but so much more beautiful in person! The dress is made from A+ top-line material and it's very well made! It fit my daughter perfect! She looks totally "Stunning" in it! She so excited & can't wait to wear her new dress to the prom!
It's so hard for me to believe we got such a beautiful dress for the price! I would like to thank Hebeos so much for a well done job on the dress. Hebeos has made my daughter & I, both, very happy! Thank You So Very Much, Hebeos!

My overall experience was delightful! Costumer service answered my questions fast and in a kind manner.

I ordered a standard size wedding dress on line from HEBEOS The day I received my order I tried on the dress - it was too tight in the shoulders and sleeves. I requested a return label via customer service and they wanted to refund me $30 to have the dress altered. As I explained, you can not alter the lace sleeves and that you could not find someone to alter the dress for $30.00 here in the states. To date - I have not yet received my return label.

I loved it, what made me love it was the puffiness at the bottom :)

This is a scam website. I spent over $200 on this website. When I asked for a return, it was excuse after excuse as to why I could not return the dress when they gave me the wrong color. It is clearly stated in their policy that I would be able to do so.

Bought a wedding dress on Hebeos on January 25,2022 that looks nothing like what's advertised online. I have been professionally fitted and been fitting other dresses therefore I know it's on them. Their measurements is way off so badly I can't zip the back up, my bust, hips and butt is sucked it and I can't move into the dress, despite going a size up. I have been reaching out to have them process my return and they have been completely ignoring me, even after uploading photos of the dress and fit. The dress looks cheap and nothing like what was advertised. I need my full refund! This is fraud!

Absolute garbage quality was what I received. & when I requested a return this was their response: 'For this flower girl dress, it is the same as the picture shown (not true), the lining on the inside is showing a little bit, just sort it out.' The inside lining comes out of the top of the dress and this is not what it looked like in the picture! The color is way off and the bow is a different color from the dress. My wedding dress was a nightmare for so many reasons. The material and quality is so cheaply made. I feel like they purposely target Americans & leave you under the impression this garbage isn't coming from China and they refuse to refund you your money.

My daughter has been looking for a prom dress. Saw several she liked on the site but narrowed it down to 1. We received it but it is way too small. We ordered a size bigger because we know that formal dresses tend to run small. They will not take the dress back. They say we have to just have it altered. It is too small and unable to be altered as well as she doesn't care for the dress. They said that is a pity. Explained that they use fake models to make the dresses look good and that their sizes don't usually fit without alterations. Yes, those are their words. I would not recommend using them. Yes, the dresses are affordable but if bridesmaids don't fit in them or they don't fit for prom, you are stuck with it

This company is absolutely horrible! Do not, and I repeat, do not order unless you feel the dress will fit you perfectly. Because if it doesn't fit, you can't return. If you don't like the color, you can't return. I read reviews as well where their dress was damaged, and they couldn't return. They will try everything in their power to keep your money, you're better off finding a dress from somewhere else.

They said they refunded my money and 3 months later it's still not there. They actually argued with me about why i didn't want the dress... buyer beware!

Hebeos is a straight scam. First and foremost, they are operating and shipping out of China, which was the first red flag I ignored. I bought a dress but did not like the color and when I tried to return it, they asked me "to see it from their point of view and begged for understanding." No legitimate company would ever operate like this! They will try to offer you 5%-6% off what u spent which is nothing! I should have followed my mind and not have bought anything from their site. They will not be in business for long with this mindset.

It's a very nice dress. And even tho they're far away they answered to any questions I had and delivered the dress in a timely manner.
