I appreciated reading reviews from other brides when I had found dresses that I liked. It was really convenient to read reviews that were directly related to the specific dresses I liked. The tailoring process took more than 2 weeks, unfortunately. I had paid for expedited shipping, which is what I got, because the package arrived quickly after I was informed that the package had been sent off.

Its a nice dress, there's a wrinkle in the top that wont come out but other than that it's great!

There are many different styles to pick from. The problem is seeing them all in the colors shown as available for the dresses!

I ordered flowers for me wedding when they arrived they looked like they had been ran over by a truck, shipped in a plastic bag and were completely unusable! The order was $300 and they offered me $15 back as compensation. We went back and forth and the final resolve was I could send them back and they would assess them. Me paying $50 in shipping and then being offered $50 back for my return.

Terrible to work with and my recommendation is to never by flowers from them - not anything like what they look like on the site!

They say you can return something in the first seven days. You have to send an email and a picture as to why the return. Then they barter with you as to why you should keep it. Then they only give a partial refund and your shipping it back to them almost equals that refund. My advice is to never purchase from this company.

THE DELIVERY WAS ON TIME, A BEAUTIFUL, ELEGANT AND YOUTHFUL DRESS, BUT... DESPITE HAVING GIVEN THE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS, YOU HAVE TO FIX THE ZIPER BECAUSE IT DOESN'T CLOSE AND PUT UP THE STRAPS A LITTLE.
OUTSIDE OF THOSE LITTLE DETAILS, THE DRESS IS VERY WELL MADE AND BEAUTIFUL.

The return process is a little taxing. Once I found the email address, bc there isn't a direct link for returns, I took pictures like suggested and explained that it just didn't fit and I would like a refund. I attached the photos to the email and now it's back and forth of them saying they didn't get the pics. I just trying to get it returned within the allotted time frame to ensure my full refund. I'm getting the run around. Uuggh

Hebeos was very prompt on sending out the dresses. They arrived sooner than expected. They dresses are nice but they are heavy dresses. I'd also prefer to have the zippers in the back and not on the side

I did not like how the dress looked on me. I was only able to get 20% of my money back. I tried it one time. Many of my friends have ordered dresses from other companies and they got a full refund back. I am very frustrated
