My bouquet is absolutely breath taking, one of the most beautiful bouquet I have ever seen.

I definitely sized up and shouldn't have. I looked at the measurements and still thought to size up but I'll swap with my cousin since hers is too small or I'll hem this one.

I ordered this dress a while ago for a party but it kept getting delayed and came 3 AFTER the event was over. It's not worth waiting this dress, it was very bad quality and not what I was expecting

Ordered a month before the party and the dress arrived a week before the party. I was so nervous but the dress was perfect and the color was exactly what I wanted. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Easy to shop but customer service takes forever to answer questions. My dress looks nothing like the beautiful pictures. I now have to spend even more money to find someone to alter and fix this dress.

We took the mesurements but we had a doubt about it. We send it and peoples were unable to understand my mesurements. So the fabrication is well done but the way that the dress look is horrible! But it follow the mesurements. They should ask more mesurements on the body to adjust the dress perfectly

The dresses are beautiful! But don't order unless you're absolutely sure on keeping it! The policy is the dresses can be returned within 14 days. What they don't tell you is they charge a 30% restocking fee and it cost about $100 to send the dress back from the US. Please don't buy unless absolutely sure.

Product came so fast, even to rural Alaska! It's very pretty. I length is a bit long but that is only because I am petite which is fine. I love it.

The dress I ordered came n yes it was beautiful but I'm sending it back because it was not the color I thought it was... in the pic it looked ivory n it was pink but very very pretty...

Beautiful wedding dress, I will be wearing for my wedding! Just like the photo, measure yourself and you will be fine. The quality is so good. Came in the mail faster than I thought! I love!

Easy ordering. Prompt delivery. Ordering process very satisfactory. Happy with the bridesmaids bouquets, cascading bridal bouquet was an extreme disappoint.

The overall purchasing experience was easy but there were so many options that finding a way to look for your dress can get overwhelming. But the dress was perfect so no complaints.

I had issues purchasing my dress, the credit/debit option was not working for me no matter which one of my cards I attempted to use. Ended up having to use a friends PayPal account to purchase. I did reach out to customer service who did not seem concerned or apologetic for the inconvenience I was experiencing. Their response was very short. I'm truly not one to complain but I would expect better communication from a site like this. My dress is beautiful and so soft; however it is a bit too big in the breast area for me and a few other women in the bridal party who purchased this dress have the same issue. I will probably need to get that part altered.

The dress is beautiful and great quality. The dress is a little to small but I'm hoping I can get it altered. I got a quick response when I emailed them my concern about exchanging the dress so that was good.

The return policy is DISHONEST and MISLEADING. Even if the company made a mistake, the company will gaslight you and go in circles why its your fault. They will offer a low % refund if you keep the dress and will not give you 100% item refund if they made a mistake. I received a PEACH dress and this company claims it's pink. WARNING - this company is unethical.
