I actually was surprised at the turnover time it took for them to reach out to me when my dress arrived messed up. And their website was easy to navigate!

It was amazing and easy and so many options were available. I loved the outcome and how it looked on me. Received many compliments and the measurements were exactly as shown.

My sister was so excited to purchase her dress from Hebeos because their designs online are beautiful. Unfortunately, the material is of poor quality and is itchy. It irritates her skin.
She reached out and they gave her contradicting information about their return/exchange policy. They supposedly don't do returns, but they will accept the dress for a fee…
Also, the supposed policy is not listed in the receipt or shipping documents.
Don't trust this company with any special occasion.

The dress and petticoat were great! Amazing quality and price!

Ordering was easy. I needed my dress by Aug. 20 and it arrived early.

I will say thus far good. Not crazy about paying for shipping but will make final decision when I get product.

My wife ordered a gown from Hebeos, the size was way too small through the waist and bust and much too long. Site offered returns, they now want a 30 percent restocking and cleaning fee. The gown was so small that my wife could not even fit into gown much less zip up the gown (gown unworn with all tags attached). The color was also off and the dress was not the quality that was shown on the site. No discount for return shipping and will charge initial shipping. I have asked for a return address 3 times and have not received one. I have started a dispute on the charges. Please be aware of this business as the quality of the clothing is not as shown, the supposed size 14 US was way off and the returns they state are allowed are subject to a 30% restocking and cleaning fee, with no discounted return shipping. I imagine that I will not be able to recoup any of my money if and when they send a return address back to China.

I took all needed measurements and the dress was nothing like the pictures.

My bridesmaids ordered their dresses from here. Stay away they do not honor their policies and my bridesmaids are so unhappy. All three dresses were different even though bought from Hebeos website. We contacted them giving them a chance to make it right and they are doing nothing and said we can send it back with a restocking fee for Al's or the cost of the dress. 130.00 per dress and wasted. And now we have to find dresses within 3 weeks. Poor service and scam on the products. Worst experience ever! Stay away from this site. One of my bridesmaids reached out and even sent pictures and still no refund or help to resolve this matter. One dress had 8layers of material to get this altered they have to take off 16inches for the dress to fit. Sooo unhappy!

The overall ordering experience was great no issues. Only issues I had with the dress was that the neck opening was so small, I had to cut it because the dress would not fit over my head. The sleeves were a little too lose so I am having them removed. Also, a little discoloration of the gold color but nothing too noticeable. I do have a seamstress, so she's able to fix those issues. I love the dress besides those few things!

The Order was received; but is too small, even though I ordered it two sizes larger than my normal size, based upon the size chart provided.

I had such an amazing experience shopping with Hebeos! I ordered two dresses for my Maid of Honor and my Bridesmaid. Both dresses were sent in a timely manner. They were true to the description. The quality is outstanding.

The dress is good quality. It is well made and exactly as pictured. Delivery was about 1 week. I am satisfied with my purchase.

Terrible. Won't let me return. The dress is a hideous nightmare. It looks huge on me but yet won't zip. If they let me return maybe I'll update my review. Their site says easy returns but it's not, they wanted me to send my dimensions but if I say it doesn't fit it doesn't fit and the bride hates the dress so now I'm out $170. Stay away from this company and this dress.

Shipping take way too long and it's not even free. Most clothing stores have free shipping.

When I ordered the dress I saw "returnable" and I'm pretty sure 7 days, so on the 6th day I was ready to send it, but the instructions are 1)convoluted, and 2) you have to search for the "Contact Us" link, convoluted instructions, and you can't get an address to return it till you've completed a form. Then I guess if they approve it, you'll get the address--who knows? I was filling out the form and left it open on my phone to finish it later, but now it's gone... I guess I start over. SOOOO, all I can say at this point that it's cumbersome. They certainly could have buttons that take you directly to the form, or better yet, a PHONE NUMBER to reach a HUMAN and cut the red tape. Ughhhh...
