Easy to browse on site when looking for a bridesmaid gown.

Never have I experienced such a run around when trying to return an item. The dress I ordered was too big and I am going through hoops to get a return label and a refund. They want pictures, my measurements, etc. Ridiculous! The point is, it's too big and I need to return it. I will never recommend buying dresses to any of my friends for their upcoming weddings and proms. Terrible customer service.

I was hesitant to buy a dress online, especially for the price, but it is more beautiful than I imagined and fits amazingly!

Both of the dresses i received were not what I consider Navy. Both were to be worn over one shoulder but the 2nd dress had obviously many ways to wear but didnt explain that on the site or come with instructions on how to tie. Order delivered w/o return instructions & apparently Hebeos doesnt allow returns or refunds. Customer service likes to play email games when I request return & refund info but they have no issues with taking your order or money. 2 weeks & still waiting on return info! Will never order from this site again.

I did not like the way the dress fit and so I contacted the company for return information. I had to jump through hoops, answer a lot of irrelevant questions and then I was made to feel badly for not caring for the dress and if I returned it, they would not return shipping costs and would need to take a 30% fee. Ridiculous. I have never had such a bad experience trying to simply return an item.

I ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses for my upcoming wedding and although I followed the size chart, they were still too tight. I wasn't that upset until I spoke with someone via email to initiate a return/exchange. I was told I explained the situation and after several inefficient emails back and forth I was told I would not be getting my money. I even referred to the return policy with indicated I needed to request a return within 14 days and product must be in the same condition. This is a lie, if there's a chance it may not fit, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE.

They will not exchange my dress so upset that I can't get a another dress. Very upset

Received dress, very nice, however I ordered a size 14 and my daughter in law is a size 8 and we couldn't come close to getting it zipped.
The return process is ridiculous. Why should I have to take a picture of myself in a dress that is 6 sizes smaller than I ordered and another of dress with a measuring tape. I paid for the dress, the extreme sizing differential should NOT be my issue. Hebron should provide a return label so I cab return dress and get a refund like all reputable companies.

I was apprehensive to order from this site because of some of the reviews I've seen but I'm really glad I took a chance and ordered it because it's gorgeous! Looks just like the picture

They're paying for bots en masse to post good reviews, be warned! I ordered two "stretch" champagne dresses to try for a bridal party. They arrive and they're light pink, not champagne. They didn't fit and were not stretchy in any way (which they were advertised to be). When I reached out to try to return/exchange, I was told to send photos holding measuring tape measuring the dimensions to prove it? Then they sent me photos of the dresses on mannequins that say the number '8' on them to "prove" the size, and told me to "kindly get it fixed locally yourself, thank you." Absolutely appalling customer customer service, no business ethics - ONLY buy if the money means nothing to you / you know with 100% certainty that it will fit & be the color you want. Attaching the photos they sent me to show their version of "champagne"

Shopping was easy and they had beautiful dresses. The shipping was long but that makes sense since you can order dressed custom made to fit you. I would definitely go with custom sizing next time since the straps were way to long for my daughters frame.
