High quality and affordable.
I am very satisfied with the customer service as well as the shopping experience.
The tailoring time is short compared to other companies, and the dress is a masterpiece.

Long story short I was super excited about this website because I noticed they also did returns. Well when I got my dress it was definitely undersized and I tried to return or swap for a different size - mind you I bought it standard size for this reason. Well my fault are not looking at the entire return policy first but this company is a scam they'll only fully reimburse you if the color is wrong any other reason they will not they tell you to go find alterations on your own. The customer service is also unfriendly, unprofessional, and quite frankly disturbing. I will never buy from this site again and I suggest you find a site that is better quality for a better price and a better customer service team, not this Canadian trash

It most definitely fit true to my size but the zipper seem to have been sewn on an angle instead straight which makes it a little hard to zip

I can't get a hold of anyone no one responds. I have called the company several times I've reached out to the company several times I attempted to chat several times and no one would respond

I ordered a "sequin champagne" dress from here that was really pretty on the website. I received the dress and it was basically brown. The sequins started to fall off as I took it out of the packaging... I had little sequins from my game room to bedroom as I just walked with it in my hand to show my husband. The material is very cheap and it's badly made. To add injury to insult, their return policy is bogus, which you can tell just by the wording on the site.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color aberration may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.
Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customized, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have reserved additional fabric in the seams to allow minor modifications.

Size Deviation

If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we offer limited alterations reimbursement. Should you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. The copy of the receipt must be provided to request reimbursement.

Item is the size you ordered but does not fit

Please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

Easy to order and could make payments! Was fast and dress is nice quality. I love it!

I placed my order with no problems. When the dress came it is beautiful. The only thing is that it was a little big and have to get alterations on it but other then that it came on time with no problems.

I ordered my dress for my wedding. I didn't have time to do a custom order therefore; I ordered according to my measurements. The dress turned out to be too big. Just need some done tuning

Love the emerald green and the cut. The dress fit great glad I measured as I normally take a 2 but went with a 4. Dress arrived very crushed but it is chiffon and may have to take it to the dry cleaners to iron. The length is extremely long so I will have to have that altered. Don't like the long train so hoping to have that altered as well.

I didn't have any issues, if I had needed customer support I would have more to say, but the site is decent and the quality is good.

Fit and material not what I expected. Not what I expected based on the website picture

I was very hesitant in the beginning, but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a go and did not regret it. The dress came in good time, I will have to make some alterations for it to be the perfect fit. I cannot wait to wear this dress on my wedding day.

This site is not like the others where their return policy is streamlined and built to establish return customers. Not being pleased with the product is not enough, so don't purchase if you are looking for options and definitely do not buy more than one dress.

Telling a customer to provide a report and photographs only to conclude that they keep the TWO wedding dress and just get them tailored is poor customer service.

I will never purchase anything from this company for any of my upcoming events. This experience has been a waste of my time and my money.
