Took a bit longer than anticipated but when I emailed to asked I was reassured they'd be here prior to my wedding and a few days later they arrived!

Great, expecting speedy shipment due to my up coming wedding 10/1/22

I decided to cheat the system by ordering a prom dress in white, to avoid the bridal price premium. It worked

The dress i ordered is absolutely gorgeous in every way. It was made to order and fit perfectly. It came in less than 2 weeks! I will be ordering from Hebeos again so yes buy it!

Defective Dress. First response after submitting pictures. "Sorry to see the imperfections of the dress. If possible, could you please find a local seamstress to do some alterations? Have a nice day - Alice."

Good quality and pretty true to size. I ordered a size 12. Tight fit and no stretch! I might have sized up had I known. Overall great quality for the price! It took around 3weeks to receive it to the US from China however, so be prepared to order ahead of your event!

First of all, dress came in 8X10 bag, when I opened the bag, the dress was all wrinkled.
The fabric is not that great, it looks cheap, and the color was not what I have order. I order Fushia color they sent me very bridge pink color. When I tried on, the side of my breast was showing, the dress have no support to hold your boobs. I tried to return or exchange it but customer service denied became I didn't have a good reason.

The first time I tried to purchase my dress, I did have some issues with using a credit/debit card although I'm not sure why. I was able to use my Paypal account to complete my purchase and was so happy with my purchase in the end. I bought a beautiful dress for a fraction of the cost I would've spent at the other wedding dress shops I had visited. The quality of material doesn't look or feel cheap and the dress is gorgeous!

Customer service was amazing. One of the dresses had a tear in it. Hoping to send back

My experience was positive. Also, my dress arrived significantly earlier than expected.

I have been sending emails back and forth with this company trying to return my dress and they are asking me for perspective owner photos just to try and return something that I do not want because it is not what I expected the fabric was not what I expected it was not a nice dress at all whatsoever I spent $500 and did not get my return

The site is easy to navigate, but the dress didn't look much like the picture and didn't fit me

I am soooooo disappointed in my experience with them. I recently purchased a dress to see if it would work for my sisters wedding. You would think with special occasions a company would have a flexible return policy. The dress did not fit according to the measurements online, the color was supposed to be champagne but honestly it looked very ivory. The picture online you can tell it's not an actual photo so it looked yellow online. Also the way the built-in bust cups are made it makes it look like your nipples are showing. Their website says 14 day worry free returns and they do not honor this policy. When you have this listed it means that the first 14 days you should be able to do the return and then your strict return policy should kick in after. They are refusing to do the return and the reason is because they won't be able to resell it. This is a standard size dress ordered off their site NOT a custom made dress. They have told me to have it altered or resell it. I honestly should have known something was off by their strict and expensive shipping. This is a company like no other please be careful if you order from them. They seem legit however when it's time to return they come across like a scam company. I do not recommend them for special occasions like a wedding or prom. If for any reason the dress doesn't work out you will be stuck with it.

Ordering was easy, receiving my dress was horrible. I cried for hours because my wedding is 3 weeks away. Returning is a mess and they will go back and forth with you and try to not give a full refund. Disputing with Paypal
