First time to use hebeos and I'll definitely use it again. Orders came earlier than expected and made of good quality

Had such a wonderful experience! I ordered a size I thought would work, but then I started looking at the measurements and decided I needed one size bigger so I emailed customer service and they responded quickly to let me know they would change it for me! The dress was exactly as pictured and came in less than two weeks!

My overall experience is definitely 5 star! The quality and shipping time along with the price can not be beat!

My dress was amazing and just what I wanted at a price I could afford! My dress was on the more expensive side at around $220. I couldn't find anything comparable under $1000! Less then two weeks from the time I placed custom order to delivery! Made my wedding just that. A wedding!

I ordered a beautiful satin and lace dress I saw on the website, what I received was not was pictured on the site! I received what looked like my grandmother's tablecloth

The dress is beautiful and came in a timely manner. It was a little snug in the back area but over all pretty great.

The company provide products poor quality and you can not return anything back to them!
Do not buy any items from them!
This company is a scam.

Dress did not come as expected and I would like to return. Instead customer service told me I might need to get it altered since I didn't like it. They are fighting over returning including a 30 restocking fee

Ordering was easy. Shipping took about a month and tracking wasn't in English but it could be translated.

I purchased a $360 dress 5 days ago and made a mistake in the shipping address. Wrote then 4 emails and still haven't heard from them.

I took measurements to ensure the right size and it still did not fit. The dress did not look at all like the picture shown.

It was easy to order the dress and the shipping was fast but the. Dress did not fit and I ordered the dress two sizes up.

Dress was made and delivered swiftly
Taffeta dress is very pretty but it did not fit me and I will have to find a tailor to adjust the dress.
Hebeos does not have a cancellation policy if your dress does not fit.

The dresses were more beautiful in person than the pictures.

Zero stars given, if possible. Classic "what I ordered vs. what I got". Fit was incredibly bad - armholes were child-sized, waistline started at the chest, so short my private parts were completely public. So far, they are refusing to accept a return because "it's the size I ordered". Actually, I measured carefully per their size chart then ordered one size larger. Quality of fabric is horrible. Overall, this gets a hard pass. Beware if you want to to order anything.

I received my dress within just a couple of weeks. I wear a US size 10 in dresses so I ordered a US 12 on the site... it was extremely small. I placed a new order for a size 16 - still waiting for it to come. I need it for a wedding. In the meantime, the site says easy returns for a non custom dress, but they do not make it easy. They asked for pictures and then said they would return for a 30% restock fee and fees for shipping to me and return shipping. In the end, they offered 10% refund of the original purchase if I just keep the dress. If I did not need this for my sister's wedding, I would not use them again. So beware of that. Make sure you check and double check the measurements and then size up.

It is listed that you need to request a return. Whic I did bc the color was supposed to be mulberry and came as a mauve nothing like the website. Every time I send an email they respond with another question. It has been six days already and no return directions

I was skeptical about Heboes until I started going through the reviews. I ordered a beautiful gown, high quality material. Shipping takes about a month but that's to be expected. I attend several Red Carpet/ formal events, so I will be purchasing again!
