My dress is beautiful but too short. Hebeos needs to offer longer skirts on short dresses.

My experience with Hebeos was wonderful and great. I will once more used hebeos

My flower girls dresses came in a week ago and I have 2 weeks until my wedding and the flower girl dresses don't fit at all and the colors are nowhere near the picture. DEFINITELY NOT COPPER! The dresses look like bright pumpkin orange. So stressed and frustrated now!

Missing ribbon to close the corset up. But other than that my experience was well

The dress does not fit. I ordered the size I normally wear. This dress does not fit i the waist.
I have been told it is my fault so I can Not return for a larger size. So I am out over a $100 and cannot wear the dress. I am not pleased with your company

Return process isn't clear. The dress I ordered doesn't really look like the photos. It's much longer and the fit is different.

I love the dress I ordered but the measurements that was taken was incorrect so my dress was too big at the top.

First time using Hebeos to purchase an evening dress for a wedding. Ordered a standard size 4 using their size chart since my measurements were exact. The product took 2 weeks over the 12-15 business days listed and it was 2 sizes too large. The dress was so large on my top half that it wouldn't even stay up and my breasts were fully exposed. I had to request a refund through email since no customer service number is provided and I had to provide pictures of me in the dress with my measurements! So invasive! Their end reply was that it is normal for dresses to be that large and that I should have it tailored! My request to return was denied even though it was not used, it was not custom made, and it was requested in the correct time frame. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER! Absolute worst communication and laughable customer service.

The company's people are very nice and got my dresses in fairly fast. The quality of the dresses however weren't what was expected.

It was as very Easy to order and the dress and shawl Shipped very fast! The dress is beautiful and the color is exactly like the color advertised. I will order again for future events!
