I would buy this dress 100 times over. A dress has never made me feel so beautiful

The dresses run small. I ordered 2 dresses and they don't fit. My wedding is in 2 weeks and I don't have a dress.

They will not do full refunds. You must pay to ship it back which is ok but they keep 30% for a fee if you want to return. I even messaged them the same day the item was delivered so it's not like I was trying to use the dress. It's too small

Dress is not correct size... it's too small. Dress is needed immediately

The dress was okay. I had it ordered for a custom size for an additional charge. Gave all the specific number but ended up getting the dress with 2 more inches added. It said it is a final sale being custom dress and i understand and accepted. Only thing bothered me was the 2 inches added on top of the custom size requested. So im disappointed.

Customer service appears to be polite but keeps asking me questions and wanting pictures when all I want to do is send the dress back in a timely manner and get a refund asap! I've asked them to send me return info and have yet to get them to do so.

I found the dress easily, order was easy and shipment was prompt. Came inside out and well wrapped.
Dress is beautiful and well made.

The dress looks like the picture and fits as indicated.

I purchased a Hebeos bridesmaid dress and it was delivered with one of the straps unraveled. Clearly just sewn poorly. I communicated the issue THE SAME DAY the product was delivered (with documentation) for a refund as I wouldn't be able to fix it in time for the wedding. Their response was that I would need to bring it to a tailor to fix it. Then they offered me 10% off my "next" purchase. They refused to take the damaged dress back/ process a refund despite what is stated on their return policy. Very poor customer service and a very poorly run company.

The top of the dress neckline was yellowish and looked very cheap

It was okay. Takes a little bit to get here. The color was wrong. But i don't have time to send it back and get the right color.

I ordered my "mother of the bride" dress from them. Their size chart indicated I needed a 2. When I tried on the dress the shoulder strap was tight/short and pulled the waistline crooked. Even though I sent in pics of my measurements and how the dress was pulling. They refused to help me in any way!

Amazing choices and prices. I do wish shipping was a little quicker but also not complaining since most of the time its out of their hands.
