The dress was good just the whole returning and exchanging the product is not really fare you don't get the full price of the dress back. I feel like if you are returning it it's understandable but exchanging it there should be an exception if it's not altered

It's was easy and safe to use. I didn't have to shop in person for the dress I wanted

I still have the email stating they got my requests and no worries they will shorten the dresses length by 2 inches as it's a beach wedding and shorten the train or remove it completely. NOME OF MY REQUEST WE'RE HANDLED SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT.

Unfortunately i expected more. Such a great website with poor communication. As instructed the dress wasn't customized as requested. Wasn't how i asked to be!

I emailed customer service a specific question and received a generic answer that did not resolve the issue. Also, be aware of Customs delays. Once in the US, the dress has to be released for shipment by Customs, which can take a long time.

Received a dress that was too small even though the measurements should have worked and it was the wrong color. After several emails they are not going to replace or accept a return. So read the fine print before you purchase with Hebeos.

Shipped pretty fast. Wasn't expecting much since the dresses are so cheap, but one of them was really nice quality

Great no problems at all with shipping or delivery what was the estimated delivery date I got was the one that it actually was in fact maybe 2 days sooner

Dress came damaged with parts not sown together, different straps than advertised, poor quality sowing where you can see stitching on both top parts, fabric cut uneven in front. Just very very low and poor work.

It was not a happy experience, the dress wasn't right for me and I tried to return it but never got the info from you guys to be able to return. I'm very much dissatisfied
