Do not buy from this company! Absolute scam! Ordered a pet supply in May, never received the item! Going to lunch an investigation with the authorities.

Like everyone else, paid from a product that was not received and now am not getting any replies from them via email.

If there was a zero * rating I would have chosen that - don´t waste your time and definitely not your money here!

Same experience as all stated.
Purchased 2 beds for my dogs but ended up no goods received nor response/update
& end up the website is totally gone.

Also, pls be aware that there is similar website called "Evoke Fashion Store"
Should be the same as the website designs are exactly the same & offering "free fluffy bed" and also few more websites that does the same. Dont get tricked!

There was a promotional "free" small bed for a tiny dog or cat that I ordered in June. Only charge was 9.50 dollars for shipping. I've been trying to contact this company in the past month, but they won't respond. I believe this was a scam and was looking to collect credit card numbers. Beware of this company, just collecting credit card numbers for id. I will definitely take action and double my security against these crooks.

I ordered a few thins for myself and my
Daughter. I ordered this in April I sent an email and have received zero response and I've been trying their site which no longer exists

On June 30 I order one of your bed for my dog I paid the shipment but no bed to day is August the 4. Is a shame that you need to scam people o gain what. To have bad reputation. It would s a shame that is company like your around. Is better to go to store and buy it that to believe your people bul$#*!

I ordered this dog bed in May and it still has not arrived. I emailed them but my server cannot find this store. Scam. Stay away. It sounded good. Just pay shipping. Should have known too good to be true.

June 6,2019 I ordered pet bed, free, just pay shipping. It's now two months and have received no reply to my emails, and never received the bed. Wish I had checked this, or a similar, site before falling for their scam.

I wish that I would have known about this scam before I bought this pet bed. I bought a grey one 2 months ago & never received it. I have emailed them 3x no response at all its very frustrating they should be caught & shut down. I was so excited because it was for our new kitten. Now very angry that I got scammed

I placed 2 orders back in April and was charged for them. After 5 weeks I emailed and was told, "We've been a bit backed up on orders because of very high demand, we are having issues with supplier and we are currently changing the supplier".
I have emailed multiple times since then but have not been given any updates. I asked for a refund today, we'll see what happens.

I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. Was fir free pet stairs for dogs or cats. Just pay for shipping and handling

Ordered a pink furry bed paid shipping 9,47$US AND never received anything and there is no way to reach them.

I ordered dog bed way before my puppy was to arrive and now puppy is home and no bed. Thanks a lot for a whole lot of nuttin!

Bought a translator device a few months ago, got a confirmation number and email saying that it would be shipped shortly. No further notifications. I emailed customer service, they responded saying they were sorry and would look into it. Never heard back again. Now the website is shut down so... waste of my money. At least it was only $10 but still, I hope they choke on it.

Like others on here had confirmation of order money gone out of bank but no goods. The email address dose not exist. I'm am fuming as a pensioner I like lots of others can't afford to lose money by dirty rotten scammers.

Why do these dogs get away with this shut them down they should not be in business at all they need to be accountable for all this money they take off people
