Good. Service, good products, reasonable prices, just Sawgrass ink expensive for one. Would like to have different metal clipboards in sublimation, been looking for one to give as a gift for my nephews.
I have tried several times to watch the Master classes that I paid for and cannot locate any files except those that are not available yet. I am new to this and really like what I've learned so far from YouTube sessions and want to get better at sublimating.
I ordered ez off because of videos I seen and being recommended to clean heat press ever so many months depending on usage. I have had mine for a while and never cleaned. I haven't tried yet due to allergies waiting for help from husband.
I got parchment paper because I messed up and have used my Teflon sheets which now have unseen designs that come on to items pressing. My first t-shirt job pressure not hard it was medium pressure. But seems lines in paper come through. Hopefully I will get the hang of it soon. I know it's me as seen lots of people use parchment paper no problem.
I always order vinyl from heat press nation and it's the best. I'm a beginner at heat pressing my clothing brand and love the vinyl. Gonna try the puff vinyl next and give another review super recommended!

Not too long ago I took into consideration the reputation Heat Press Nation had but sad to say they are completely awful. I waited days to expect my 16x20 signature heat press but it turns out it never ended up in my hands. FedEx lost my package and to make this worst they nor heatpress nation will replace the lost one for me. So I lost almost $1000 investing here and I am left with no heat press and no money

Placed an order during black Friday on sublimation ink. Waited over three weeks for one color to arrive. I needed to exchange it and was told they don't except exchanges. That I could return it but it would cost me $15 and then I would have to re-order at full price.
This was my second engagement with this company. I should have known better after purchasing a heat press barely used after 14 months it failed and was told there is no warranty. Money grab and go philosophy. Buyer beware
I've tried emailing, texting, posting what 8 can and no reply.
Nobody responds.
Nobody will help.
I ordered my sawgrass sg500 kit and it said it included the paper and blanks. I received my order without paper or blanks. I reached out to customer service and was told that the paper and blanks was a promo that started after I ordered my printer. I sent emailed them a screenshot of my order confirmation showing the full kit and the representative told me their website would have updated my email with the "current" promo kit from their website.
This particular company has one of the worst return policies. Just ordered paper (sublimation) the first time, paper came in damaged but I used because I was in a rush. Ordered again, and came in same shape damaged from the corner.
To request a return or refund you need to email them and they will give a ton of excuses in order to accept the product.
I gave up with them, they can keep my money, Just no more business for them.
After purchasing a Signature Series Mug Presses from HPN in November of 2020, it stopped heating correctly. I contacted HPN and had the "luck" of getting a technician by the name of Cristian M.
Cristian spent almost a month with me, back and forth, asking questions, sending new parts, diagnosing from afar, and then sending videos for me to install the parts.
His patience, persistence, and experience, ultimately let him detect the problem and sent parts to resolve the issue.
Most companies would have you send it back and not want to make it a bit easier on the customer. I am thrilled to have been able to fix it at my house, and not waste all the time packing it, etc.
Cristian, in my opinion, went well beyond the call of duty in answering emails very quickly, responding with whatever info I asked for timely, and basically walked me through it at any pace I needed to go.
I have spent a lot of money at HPN with purchasing my presses, Sawgrass Printer, all types of mugs, sublimation ink and paper, heat tape, etc., etc. However, I feel like they try to help, answer questions, and respond in a timely fashion when I have needed answers or guidance in product selection.
There are lots of options out there to get the same products, but the most valuable asset a company has is Quality Customer Service, and I did receive that 100%.

I am disgusted with this company. I ordered a sublimation printer and it arrived broken with loose pieces. To top it all off, I did not received what I ordered on the site. I opted for the bundle which included ink and paper at a slightly higher price. When the order was sent, the invoice indicted that I purchased a kit at the higher price! So no paper and no ink. Was told these would arrive separate from the printer by one representative, and was told it should have been in the box by another representative. Wow. Beware!
Terrible customer service. My mugs were poorly packaged and therefore 6 were damaged during transit but since it was over 3 days (ridiculous amount of time for quality check) they won't even do a store credit. Company I won't be doing business with anymore.
I felt the prices were competitive. The description of product was helpful along with the videos given for support.
I received my heat press with a dent in it when I called they offered me two options, a discount or I could return it for a refund Michael kita was very helpful
Answer: Heat Press Nation came highly recommended but they have yet to live up to the hype, I am very disappointed with their services. I ordered the Sawgrass SG1000 in May 26,2020 and received my printer on June 11,2020, needless to say I was overjoyed to be receiving my printer but was shocked and disappointed when I opened the box and there was no installation kit included. I contacted the company and was told by the Customer Service Representative that they received the printers without the ink and they knew I was eager to receive my printer so they shipped it out the printer without the ink (1st Lie) but I would receive the ink on Saturday June 13,2020 but that was another lie, it never came, I called a few times throughout the week, no one could give me a definite answer or provide a tracking number for my ink, I requested to speak with a Supervisor, I was told he would give me a call but to no avail, I was told that the Supervisor is having my ink shipped overnight but still no ink.(another Lie) I contacted the company again today, I was on hold for an hour and eleven minutes only to speak with a representative to be told, my ink was shipped out but I won't receive it until Wednesday June 24,2020. I am outraged, I have missed out on so much business because of this, I will no longer do business with Heat Press Nation because I don't feel I'm being properly compensated for my troubles.
Answer: Received half my order after 7 days. It has been almost 2 weeks and have not received the rest of order.
