I bought the heat press for my daughter. She had been using an iron for some time to make her t-shirts. I am sure she loves it.

I had questions before I placed an order and received prompt answers from Bryant. Good customer service. After receiving our Tee Square I had to sand the sides of the Tee so the cross piece would slide along it. That was very annoying. I know it was not Heat Press Nation's fault.

I am happy with Heat Nation.com They shipped in good time.

Your shipping department makes mistakes. I have to call to follow-up with drop shipped items.

Very good service and delivery. Would make one recommendation is that you use the tubes for delivery because once it leaves your place even though u put do not bend the post office does (maybe cause they get so much mail or don't care, not sure). I know not all post offices do this but some are not so kind. But your services are great and I have ordered before and will in the future thanks heat press nation. Great Job

When sending an email asking if I received my order, please list the item(s) that I ordered. When placing multiple orders over several days, it is difficult to be sure to what items you are referring.

Checkout was a snap. The package arrived in a timely manner

Quick and easy ordering, but the item T-Square doesn't work with a 16x20 Clam shell heat press, only works with a swing away type press. Was disappointed with this, because if I want to use it I have to purchase another press.
