It was a little frustrating having to enable the cookies; then once I got to check out I had to try 3 times before it would take. I kept getting an error saying check the password. Just a tad bit frustrating. I finally just turned off the create an account option.
I received an email asking if my product had been delivered and at the time it hadn't. Then it told me if I hadn't got it to wait 24-48 hrs before calling. I must say the ordering process was a tad bit frustrating, I just hope the machine works to the ability the reviews says it will.

The only thing I have a complaint about is, the pkg was slightly bent and opened on one end. So packaging could be better. Nothing was damaged or missing as far as I could tell however

Love the website, the videos and reviews make shopping easier. Shipping was super fast! Heat press was already set up just plugged it in and was ready to go. Directions for heat up could have been a bit more detailed but after a few minutes I figured it out.
