SO far the experience has been great but I just received my order today so I am just starting to play
Product arrived quickly and was exactly what I expected and needed!
Everything was good until i received my press. Nowhere in the description does it or did it say that the bottom plate was a foam layer rather than solid metal. I have no use for the press i have now and I am wondering if i can return it. I will pay the shipping cost if i have to.

Prices are good, just not in love with the $150 min. Order for free shipping. Guess you can't have everything. I would like to suggest free roll cut options for those that use a 12" hobby craft cut machine, making a 12" wide and 8" wide roll to use. 20" rolls are not quite suited for these purposes. Thanks for the value on what you have.
Would have love tech sheets on items, but overall I am happy with products I received. Will buy from HPN again.
