Seems to be very detailed in describing the quality of product.

The delivery driver didn't knock or anything, it was just left outside our door. That is expensive equipment and I didn't like that they just left it outside.

This refurbished heat press was in great like new condition. All the functions worked exactly as they should. It arrived quickly. I'm very happy with the total transaction.

Ordering was quick and easy. Being able to track my order was a problem. I guess I had to create an account to be able to track my order instead of ordering general.

The package I received my items in was only taped with 3 pieces of usps tape on the top leaving openings in the top. The items were delivered and have gotten wet due to the weather. Most were ruined. Not happy at all with the product due to this.

The website would not let me login into my account. I had all 33 items in cart and tried to log in and it deleted my entire order. Very frustrating. Other than that prices are great. My package was opened when I received my order. Shipping was very slow on this order. 6 days for shipping is forever when past orders I receive the order in 2 days.
