I thought it was my computer at first but after checking that found it is your website. It is soooo slow to order or sending me to paypal. I have never had this problem with any other website I buy from. Crazy slow. I have recieved my order which is sticky flock and I am very disappointed. The flock is dirty with black specks on it and someones greasy finger prints that wont come off and it is all bent up with kinks. I have yet to find where on the website do I get the info to send it back. To pay $20 for one sheet of sticky flock for it to be flawed this badly is ridiculous.
Product description on website was great! Price and quality was good. However, instructions were sparse but I have been told other brands don't even get instructions shipping time was awesome!
Website is easy to use, good product description. Post Office lost first order, and Heat Press replaced the order with a fast shipment from Fed Ex. Super company!
Very informative and easy to maneuver through website! I absolutely love my heat press! It is such a great back saver!
