I was told in initial contact that they had a plotter as I wanted in stock and would ship next day. They did not have one in stock after all so they told me their distributor would have to drop ship it to me. This did not happen so then they told me that they got more in stock so would have their warehouse guys put together one to ship to me. This whole process drug out what should have been a 3 to 4 day process into a seven day process. Meanwhile I am getting backed up on customer orders. I understand stuff happens but 3 different stories, not to mention when I finally got my tracking info for the shipping I was given 3 different tracking numbers. I was really let down with the experience as I like to have things run slightly smoother than they obviously did. The whole time they were talking about how much of a process it was to ship this. I have in the past bought a plotter from another distributor and they were about equal distance away and they had no problem getting that plotter to me in 3 days no question, no problems of any kind. I do think if Heat Press Nation could be a great place but I think things should be more organised if they hope to be a good business otherwise I can imagine my dissatisfaction is not onbly mine it might be quite a few peoples.

Heat Press was not delivered to the correct house. They dumped it at my neighbor's house and didn't even bother to knock or confirm anyone was home. Luckily my neighbor is very nice and notified me as soon as she found it. Very disappointed in the delivery (I realize your company is not at fault - just giving you an FYI.) Maybe you should require a signature for delivery in the future to prevent this from happening to someone else who doesn't have nice, honest neighbors.
