It was fast and easy, the only thing i would recommend is talking more about the size of the heated area for the different types of hats. I bought hats from another company thinking it would cover edge to edge on the hat.
The product itself is awesome and worth it, the shipping and packing was very good (and i live in hawaii) ordered it on a friday and got it on monday. For hawaii thats fast.
I like the prices and selection. Just wish you could order smaller amounts rather than a case of some items..
Never had a problem dealing with HPN
Everything was quick easy and no hassle. The only feedback is that I didn't receive product instructions, so when I got the machine and turned it on I thought it didn't work because it displayed the word off. After calling to speak with someone they walked me through how to work the machine and emailed me instructions. Other than that everything else went smoothly and machine seems to working great right now.

As promised
I've only used the heat press twice so far, but absolutely love it! The ease of using it is great compared to the swing arm heat press I had. Love the new digital display, easy to use and read. It seems to be heating to the correct temperature and pressing the heat transfer vinyl beautifully.
So far everything with the heat press is functioning fine. There was no documentation included but I had already printed the documents from the website. The heat press was back ordered and it was indicated that I would be notified when it was shipped, my notification was receiving a customer satisfaction survey. I was never informed that the unit had been shipped, I had to figure out from various documents who the shipper was and from them when delivery was scheduled. Good products, not so good customer service.

Heat press works great, but one side on the bottom plate has missing paint and the blue cushion pad lifts up easily!
Heat press arrived very quickly, and in good condition despite the box being all beaten up and styrofoam broken inside. Have not cranked it up yet, but no visible scuffs or exterior damage.
