I had a bad experience with customer sevice. One time they hung up and when I called back. They acted like the call dropped. I think it was, because I was asking questions. However, they did not have to be rude.
The second thing I had a issue with was the website. I tried to order something and when I went to my cart to order, it said out of stock. I called customer service and they said it was in stock and I can go back to the website and order again. When I tried to order again the same thing happened. And it would not let me order. I did not want call back and wait 15 to 20 mins on hold again. So I just left it.
I order a heat press from you as well. It came with very little instructions.
Seems to be well made except for the extended pressure arm handle, very cheap design and has already broken. Just grabbed it when opening it up and the nut broke out of the hollow tube handle. The handle is a very poor design. Other than that, all seems to work as advertised. Have only pressed one shirt and all worked well.
Long order submission. Made me think it wasn't going to go through.
Easy to use web site
Love the website and the videos that are available to learn about your products! I was a little disappointed in the damage that the housing had, but I don't think it's nothing some superglue can't fix, so not a deal breaker in my book. The machine seems like it was built pretty darn tough and I can't wait to start doing some transfers later this week when they arrive!

Only complete is that the sandstone coaster tiles are beige, not white or even off white, so it will impact the look, but not necessarily bad.

Tedious if you are in a hurry. Ordered wrong product before due to similarities. Correct product works as expected.
I still have not received my order! I'm very dissatisfied with the amount of time this order is taking. This is my first time ordering from heat press nation and will not be ordering from here again if I need the product on a deadline. I can't comment on the actual product as it has not been delivered.

Prices and shipping are a little high, but reasonable. Shipping time is quite long. Almost 10 days.
