It was easy to order the heat press and I loved the informational videos with some of them. My press arrived two days early. Shipping is quick!

You sent me a used press, scratches, blotches and oil on both plates. You new it was used when you sent it to me. It's obvious.I thought I was paying for a new unit.I received a repaired unit very unhappy with heatpressnation.

I couldn't find the optional sizes to look at and select on the website. I know the 16x16 will work just fine but I would have liked to look at a longer one and priced it.

Also, the product was to be delivered on Monday but I received it the following Thursday. Not sure what the problem was.

Great mugs, work great, decent price.

Met the staff at the Silhouette conference in Peachtree City in November. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I felt like this was the best place to purchase my first heat press. I didn't want to trust just buying one that wasn't from a reliable company and I suggest to all of my friends to do the same.

Took 8 days to receive the item

Looks good! - a little strong chemical smell. Can't wait to try them out!
