Shipping was super fast especially with it being Black Friday. I was so glad I waited until Black Friday, they had the 16x20 drawer auto open on sale that I had been wanting to get. The heat press was well packaged and I can't wait to use this machine more so I can give a better review!

The sublimation paper I ordered happened to be on back order. Since HeatPress Nation knew I needed the paper for a pending job the upgraded my order to 5 packs of 110 sheets. They did not charge me any thing extra for the upgrade, supplied me with an extra 50 sheet of paper and still got my order to me on time. I really appreciate that level of customer service and I'll keep coming back as a result.

Easy site to navigate; it arrived quickly, however, I won't be able to unpack it for 2 weeks, due to surgery. It's killing me to see the box but unable to do anything with it!
