I have never had a problem with Heatpress nation, have always gotten what I expected.

Wonderful transaction

Shipping takes much longer than other companies I have ordered from. Also, first time customer discount would be a plus (just for crafters has faster shipping and better prices.)

Shipping was fine, have not opened press yet to try out.

Generally, I've been pleased with heatpressnation in the past. They often have better prices than many of the sublimation/garment decorator companies out there, however they have very long shipping times.

I am extremely disappointed in the price and the shipping. For the amount I am spending I would like to think that my deliveries would be as scheduled. I was supposed to receive my products on Tuesday (6 days after ordering) only to be told by USPS they aren't scheduled to be delivered until Saturday (11 days after ordering). I am now late delivering my products to my customers. I will not go with this company again.

Easy to use. The order was shipped on time but my issues are mostly with the post office where I live. Next time I would see about using another medium for delivery either UPS or Fedex.

Too long shipping time. When I called, the solution was unacceptable. But a manager called me later that afternoon and did everything in his power to keep me as a customer and make me happy. He came through for me. He has definitely made me think about remaining a customer with HeatPressNation.
