I really like the quality of the tumbler. The shipping cost is the lowest that Iv'e found. My only complaint is that each time I've had to request shipping information and a tracking number. My last purchase was made on 3/21 and as of 4/7 I have no shipping information.

My ordered has not been delivered yet. It's scheduled for today. I purchased 5 items on the 31st of march and o my 2 are scheduled for delivery today. The other 3 items I was told won't be here until next wed. The delivery time is definitely lacking since the first of this year which will make me look into other companies that can deliver faster.

If you ship anything UPS, you should know that they WILL damage the product. When shipping 1 box, why not put it into another box to help protect it a bit. Bent corners cause huge delays when doing a run. Hours of wasted time, that could have been saved by a $1 box.
