I called Heat Press Nation on the evening of 10/10 to see where my order was and if it had been delivered because it said it would be delivered by 8 P.M. online via the tracking information. Needless to say, I waited until 8 P.M. and NEVER received my order. She assured me the online tracking was correct and it would be delivered by 8 P.M. Anyway, I am very unhappy that it took an extra day to get my item after I told my customer I would have it by that evening.
When I finally did receive my vinyl a day later the edges had been destroyed. It literally looked like it had not been taken care of at all before getting packaged. This is absolutely ridiculous. A few months back I'd spoke with a customer service man as well as a Jared regarding my issues with a certain vinyl not cutting properly and NOTHING at all was done about the vinyl that was wasted due to the uneven cutting. Needless to say, I hope this matter gets handled better than the last or my purchases will start being made at Vinyl651.com rather than here. Thanks!

The product was not as thick as other vinyl that I have order.
Upgraded shipping to got the press before the weekend only to find out it still wouldent be here until Monday why even offer it if ups won't deliver on Saturday? Also to top it all off the package required a adult signature when both me and my wife work all week and could only pick it up at the main ups hub an hour away
