Quility
Shipping was a little slow but I did like the fact of verifying the order and payment method. Good security protocol! Arrival took forever and the cutter carriage had come off track during shipping but HPN's support department was very helpful in troubleshooting and fixing the issue. An overall good experience for a first time shopper with HPN. I will be shopping there again.
Product I got came in it was very clean and in pretty good shape it was missing a manual but I contact customer service and they emailed me a PDF version of it so all worked out well
