Sold me a heat press that was not in stock. I called and was told it would ship the next day. A week later, it had not shipped yet. Arrived broken. Fast response from customer service. They offered to replace, but with the weight of the heat press, packing and moving it out of the shop is a 3 person job. They only offered a 10% discount as an alternative.
