I would have loved a list of Temps for different products. But overall it's perfect.
I ordered heat vinyl twice in different sizes and I did need to check with CS that they were the same people. They were and everything went great.
It's frustrating that I can't get through on the phone number listed on the website. I received a stand-alone mug press that isn't mine, notified the company via email and was told someone would contact me yet I haven't heard from anyone yet.
This was our first heat press to purchase and for a small business it's doing really great! We really enjoy the ease of use for our first press.

Love the product. Takes a bit long for delivery. I often order the 10 inch rolls and sometimes they are cut to 9.5 inches which sometimes is frustrating. Will definitely be ordering again. Great selection in colors!

Purchased this heat press because it looked like good quality. When I removed the heat press from the box everything looked good. When I plugged in the heat press nothing worked. I inspected the product thoroughly and found a harness that was dangling inside the heat press. I took pictures and a video. I ended up removing the rear access panel and exposing all the electrical components. I connected the connector that was not plugged in. Cycled the on/off switch and it all started working. I used it multiple times. The press works fine but then I noticed my magnet was not working. Overall the heat press is good and works fine. I gave a low rating due to lack of quality control on many things that should have been caught if paying attention.
Very poor customer service. No follow thru on questions. Love the product! Just wish I had been treated better.
I did have to call to find out what the status of my purchase was for delivery. They were told to deliver after a certain date because I was not available in case it was delivered. It was delivered while I was gone and created a small problem which I worked out to get it into the house.

Machine gets to temp fast, press is smooth and release is the same
