It was great but the end of the roll came out messed up on my shirt I'm not sure if it was my fault or if the vinyl was flawed. I will purchase again soon to see

Heat Press Nation has a nice selection of products for those who do pressing as a hobby and also for those who are entering/are in the professional field of work.

Offering a multi-pack of Flexsoft would've been great! Also, with my orders with ceramic products, one or more are usually broken. Although, HeatpressNation.com have credited my account quickly after reporting, it is disappointing when discovering broken goods.

My order was lost and I allowed 10 business days to pass before I contacted customer services to inquire about my order. The person I dealt with was very helpful and ensured that my order was filled on the next business day and shipped expeditely. I appreciate that but was disappointed that my order was not filled promptly at the first instance.

Very satisfied with the website and the ease of ordering. I appreciate how much information and details was given about each product, will definitely use heat nation again...I know this is a review but, I don't have all of my products to start actually producing my shirts yet. I can't give an exact review on how my heat press works. But I will in the future if given the opportunity.

Quality and expectations were met within perceived Understandings which was to be expected. The only issue left to experience is the product longevity under novice supervision but smooth sailings thus far overall.

I have contacted HPN multiple times because I did not receive a manual with my product so I have no idea how to use it. The manual that they ended up emailing to me was not for the model that I have. I have tried to get a correct manual but have not received a response.
I would have given all 5 stars if this issue could be addressed. I will likely be returning the machine if this is not resolved soon.
