I purchased this product because of the free shipping advertised for Labor Day on the HPN Facebook Live Feed. No mention was ever made of the fact that it did not cover bundles. I noticed there was shipping on the order so I reviewed the website for the special and while there was no mention of the bundle I purchased it showed both the heat press and the Sawgrass printer were on free shipping. I called customer service to discuss this and received a flat refusal to adjust the shipping for those items that were on the free shipping offer. So I no less than three times asked to cancel my order. I was told that it would take 24 to 48 hours for the cancellation to take effect. Much to my surprise I got notice of shipping. At that point as I had missed another deal from an alternative source because the failure to cancel the order and free up the money that I had committed. I find that in my short dealing with your company you have failed me three times. First when you did not make the disclosure that bundles were not in the free shipping process in the Facebook Live Feed. Second when that information was not included in your website offer. Third when your customer service gave me lip service of cancelling my order and failing to do so. This may have been a comedy of errors, and I would like to give HPN a chance to make things right. But since past attempts through social media have failed I am making this last ditch effort to give you that one more chance. That failing I will take my business elsewhere, sharing my experience as I have the opportunity.
So far I am pleased with the heat press that I purchased. There was a little problem with pricing but it got resolved. Customer service is good and they handled everything professionally.

Great product and price point for a beginner.
Got the heat press a few days after ordering. After plugging in heat press and trying it out realized it had a faulty panel. Called customer service and they overnighted a new panel. Press has been working great ever since. I say the heat press is a great press and customer service with HeatPressNation is great as well and that says a lot about a company!
