This was an easy decision to make with having a bum arm so the auto open feature is a must for me so that narrowed down my choices, along with all the reviews and recommendations for Heat Press Nation. Received my heat press- was packaged great once unpacked no damage all was great. Was missing a rubber foot piece for the bottom. Called customer service and they said they would send out- still waiting on that piece. Overall experience has been great so far. Love my heat press!
Good price, good product, good customer service
The product took too long to ship when I did get the product it was in a zip lock bag and with no parchment paper. I called the customer service and I was told that it depends if the person packaging wants to put the parchment appear. I don't understand how you guys expect us to use a product half complete.
