The Plotter is not communicating between the program and the machine. I am currently talking with technical support but it is taking awhile to get a response to solve the problem. I sent an email to Vinyl Systems on Monday with no response from them. I then sent an email to Heatpress Nation Thursday and got a response that night, I emailed back and have yet to get a response
Easy to navigate site and make purchase. This machine made my shirt making so much easier. I absolutely love it and would definitely purchase again! The slide out is the best.

Items (mugs) don't have exactly measurements! Have to chat with your online customer service to found out. Some of machines attachments is no where to find, i was looking for HPN signature automated mug press for 20oz water bottle, emailed to your support team com. But never heard anything back of it! Shipping money is really cost lot more than other website.? And No free shipping even when the purchase is over 1,000 dollars, this just gonna make your customer looking for somewhere else to buy to save the shipping money!
