I have been very pleased with all my purchases and the customer service I have received.
Only complaint was the lack of communication with shipping delays, otherwise everything else works great!
My unit came damaged and i contacted tech support about it. After making sure the unit works tried contacting the tech support person i worked with several times and left multiple voicemails he still has yet to reach back out to finalize the repairs or replacement of our unit.

I called multiple times to get confirmation on my order I was told it would be shipped a certain date and it still wasn't shipped out and I had to call again needless to say I won't order again.

Great company, great price. If I could change one thing, is I'd ask Siser to put a watermark on the non-cut side. Me and countless others have ruined far too much HTV because of cutting on the wrong side. It's always 50/50 me/siser to get it right.

I really hate how long it takes to receive my products and my last two shipments have been wrong and instead of when i place my orders online instead of someone notifying me that they didn't have the colors I ordered I find out a week later when my shipment arrives and it sets me back a week and a half please helpm

It took FOREVER to get my order, I have ordered from you many times and this has never happened and I never really got a good reason for it taking so long, I contacted you twice checking on my order.
I am not pleased with the turn around time from my order. I placed my order on Cyber Monday and I waited for two weeks before I called about the order. She said I had to confirm my address because the billing and shipping were different. I do appreciate that added level of security but I didn't receive the email about that information prior to calling. She told me on the phone my order would ship that day. Meanwhile two weeks later it finally shipped. I just wish I would've known from the start how slow the shipping would be.
It took about a month for my product to be delivered because of a back order but I was very satisfied with the product.
Fast delivery and great product. Will definitely purchase from them again!
I love these mugs and will definitely be buying again in the near future - 2 of them did come broken, its possible it was done in shipping. Do you guys ever run specials on these mugs?
