I'm satisfied with everything so far but the shipping tracking with my product. It never updated to let me know when I was to receive my product. I'm glad I was actually home when it arrived.

There was a glitch connecting to PayPal, but my order finally went through. When I had a problem with one item in a different order, HPN went above and beyond to rectify the situation.

UPS damaged the box during shipping. It got delayed by a day because they had to verify the contents. Other than that everything was smooth. From using Affirm to pay for it, to getting it setup and used.

I was having problems with the heat press leaving pocket marks on hoodies and this solved the issue. I was heat pressing a duffle bag that had multiple layers and uneven surfaces, the heat press pillows made this job a breeze!
