My first heatpress that came in was damaged, but customer service was great about shipping out another one, I am satisfied of my heatpress and so far been great, Mahalo Heatpress Nation.
I got the manual heat press for mugs and i thought i was getting the automatic. I couldn't find any videos that dispayed the correct heat settings so i had to figure it out. The manual yhat was sent with it was for the automatic and yhe manual was mot very specific

Heat Press Nation has wonderful customer service. My first order arrived damaged. I called customer service and they answered right away and I was able to speak to someone who I could understand. She offered a solution to my issue and she asked that I send pictures of the damaged items. I sent the pictures immediately and within 10 minutes another customer service rep was calling me to help further resolve the issue. I was shocked at such a quick response. A resolution was worked out and I received another order which was not damaged. I judge a company on how great their customer service is and Heat Press Nation gets a perfect 10!
