I have called 3 times with different questions and every time - great customer service. All my questions got answered. I have spent many weeks researching heat presses and even though there are cheaper ones out there - I went with you guys.

This group of individuals is amazing to work with. Whenever we have needed help with anything, they are cheerful and understanding of our inexperience of the product and they talk us right through everything! We've even called at closing time for them and they didn't blow us off and they were not rude what-so-ever!
