I ordered a cover for my heat press and it was actually the second one I had to order within few months it's too thin and tears to easily

UPS was not very careful and the box had been damaged and several of the mugs were broken. I spoke to customer service and was given a refund for the broken mugs which I appreciated very much. I was very happy with your company but not happy with the ups delivery

I did some research on product before buying and was very happy with the results of my project. The videos are very helpful especially for someone like me who is new to heat pressing. Will definitely continue to watch videos for future projects and recommend to friends and family :)

Timely and fair priced

Shipping was def too long especially since it arrived damaged and it wasnt my fault. You guys should do a 2 night shipping for broken items. But atleast item came perfect the second time.
