My shopping experience was very easy.
I received my order exactly when I was supposed to. I am very satisfied with my experience with Heat Press Nation.

I love HPN, they are my go to for almost all of my heat press needs

The delivery time was good.

Heat press has great service. I received my Oregon a month ago but haven't been able to use it because the printer is not connecting to my laptop top. I've talked to heat press and sawgrass no one can help get it connected. I think I just need to buy a new laptop

I think deliver takes too long.

Booklet and directions were easy to read. No problems first time using!
When I purchased the heat press it would of been nice for the parchment or non stick sheets to be on a suggested supply list. So I could of ordered along with the heat press.

Hey my only issue was that I wasn't willing to go unplugging things to get the upper cover on. I needed to get thru baseball season and a 5K. So any suggestions would be great. I am sure it's so easy I'll be embarrassed. Everything else A++

The delivery was a little different. The printer was received rather fast. The bypass try was delivered a week later. I had to call the company twice in reference to a sample package that was missing from the order. That finally arrived in week 3. Other than the quirks with the delivery. I absolutely love this machine and the support that the company offers is stellar.

Had a problem with my press and called customer service they were very helpful shipped out the piece i needed. Received the piece quickly thanks
