I ordered these sheets and received the wrong item. I got the premium dark inkjet and the dark inkjet. I e-mailed and received a response the following day and they did everything they could to fix the issue. They overnighted the right item and sent me a label to send back the wrong item. When I responded via e-mail they then called me to see if there was anything they could do. Accidents happen and they reacted very well.
