Bright vivid color when printed onto shirt
The only difficulty I ran into with this order was that the payment screen on the website wasn't very user friendly with my card. I was purchasing with a school issued credit card and it was rejected numerous times and even when I called in the first several people weren't able to help me get the problem resolved.

Got my heat press fast (shipped out if Pa, and I love it! Only draw back is when ordering mug blanks they shipped out of Ca, so it took forever to get them. I wish you could choose where they shipped from to save time.

Company over all awesome just was little bothered placed and order never received it in time. When I called where ever it was suppose to ship from they nevered shipped it so I felt if I had not followed up it wapuld uave never came. I have it and I love it thanks.
