I had to call to check on my order after it was sitting in the processing phase for over a week. Sent message thru contact us first and had no response. Called and she was checking on it...said she would call back with an update and never did but I got tracking for it within a couple days.

Easy to navigate. All information was readily available. Hardest part was making a decision on what to buy.

Shipping is kind of slow for this day and age.

Took a little longer to ship than I would have liked.
One of the sheets of htv did not press well at all.
