Stressful but good finally pulled the trigger on a product I feel will get me started.
Ordering from HeatPress Nation was easy, and the cost was more than reasonable. My new heat press is great.
I am supposed to have credit on my account due to broken mugs but I was unable to find or apply that credit to my order online. Do I have to call in my order to receive credit?
No troubles, great product and discount prices--what could be better
I placed my order for a heat press and received an automated email confirmation which stated I would get another when it was shipped. After 4 days without shipping confirmation I logged in to HPN to find no record of the transaction under my orders. The money was taken out of my account though.
So I reached out to customer service through their email link. I've never heard a word from that email. It's been over 3 weeks. My machine was delivered a couple days later so I kinda forgot about it all. Then HPN sent me this survey and I filled it out. I still haven't used the heat press, hopefully it is ok.
My new heat press is great. I am satisfied with my purchase and I plan on doing business with Heat Press Nation for all my needs. Easy website navigation and shipping was pretty good.

Should be the correct size if you are selling 15 inches will be that bith red and black material was 14.5 that haft inch reduce more my cutting area and also the yard 36 inches was short to 33 inches

Was searching for printable vinyl and found on this site. However, I did not read I needed a different type of printer. So now I'm looking for a new printer lol
There was an issue with the system showing the vinyl cutter available, when there was none. I called and they helped me resolve the issue and offered a discount. I decided to buy a different model from them and it was delivered within a few days. I am very satisfied with their customer service and the quality of equipment they sell. I will definitely purchase from Heat Press Nation in the near future.
